House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall (10 sq m) with terracotta-tiled floor and expose beam ceiling. To the rear of the hall is a WC. TO the left of the hall a door opens to the kitchen / dining room (33 sq m) with terracotta-tiled floor, Charentaise fireplace, exposed stone wall, exposed beam ceiling and a fitted-kitchen area.

To the right of the hall a door opens to the sitting room (28 sq m) with wooden floor, exposed beam ceiling and a striking carved wood fireplace. From here a door opens to large hallway (14 sq m - currently used as an office space) with a part-glazed door opening onto a raised terrace with fine views. Guest cottage and garage

Facing the house on the far side of a lawn is a detached outbuilding that has been converted to provide guest accommodation. On the ground floor is a living room (33 sq m) and on the first floor are two rooms (12 sq m and 7.5 sq m) as well as a shower room and a separate WC. One part of this outbuilding provides garage space.

Gardens
