Villa For Sale In Velez-Rubio

Situated in a small Spanish village just 5 minutes from the towns of Chirivel and Velez Rubio and from the main motorway to Granada, this beautiful house with the backdrop of the magnificent Sierra Maria offers a wonderful family or retirement home. With access to the Sierra behind the new owners would enjoy miles and miles of walks, bird watching, peace and tranquility or just sheer pleasure from the magnificent views.
The house is built to a very high standard with foundations to ensure damp issues would never be a problem. From the south facing front patio there are far reaching views over the Sierra and surrounding countryside and village. The front door leads into a spacious lounge, diner and open kitchen (fittings are in place to install a kitchen of your choice). The marble kitchen breakfast bar is of high quality.
At the back of the house are the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with a bath). The main bedroom also has a built in wardrobe/dressing area. The family bathroom is fully fitted with a shower and the tiling is tasteful and first class quality tiles have been used throughout.
The plot itself is fully fenced with a double gate to the front allowing plenty of parking for the house. The house is situated centrally within the plot and allows for a pool at the back to make the most of the privacy and the sunshine.
