This spectacular villa with a large guesthouse and heated swimming pool is set on the hillside overlooking Kolios bay, providing a quiet, serene location. The front of the villa has a full length veranda with a pergola which gives magnificent and breath taking views over the sea extending 30 miles to the island of Evia and the mainland. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom fitted with a Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and a very large veranda with stunning, unspoilt sea views.The ground floor of the main villa has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi shower. The top floor has 2 large bedrooms with exposed beams, both with large balconies and 2 bathrooms. Outside Situated on a hillside, the land has a beautiful garden with great lawns, pine trees, olive trees, citrus trees and many varieties of Mediterranean plants. The private, heated swimming pool is set on a lower level to the terrace so the diners and the sun bathers are splash free! The large terrace, which extends the entire length of the house is fully equipped for outside dining complete with sun loungers, table tennis, a BBQ and an outdoor dining room table for 10, offering spectacular views over the bay. Local Area The villa is only a 5 minute walk to Kolios Beach which is ideal for all the family and Vromolimnos Beach, only 5 minutes drive, which attracts a younger crowd with its party atmosphere and cocktail bar. The famous Koukanaries beach is a 10 minute drive away,the most famous beach of Skiathos and reputed to be the best in the Aegean.It has fine golden sand leading up to the shade of the Koukounaries pine trees and behind the beach is a large flat valley with green fields, on the beach are 3 beach tavernas, 3 water sports schools and 2 kiosks. Many of the beaches offer watersports activities and boat trips around Skopelos and Allonisos. The island boasts an abundance of flora and many beautiful birds, admired from the many walking paths in the forest. The peaceful forest walks make the perfect escape from the tourist beaches and can be most appreciated in the early summer when the weather is cooler and the flora is at its best. This stunning island also makes a great destination for the artistically minded holiday maker with opportunities to visit the local monasteries, the island offers something for everyone in the family.
