This is a really wonderful house located in the sought after urbanisation of Cerros del Aguila, boasting superb views of the surrounding mountains, Fuengirola and the castle, Benalmadena and Mijas Pueblo. Further in, 5 minutes walk from the house, is the large community area with the communal pools (one large/one paddling) attended by a lifeguard, sun-bathing areas, playground with climbing frame, and tennis courts. Here there is another bar/restaurant offering a broader menu and regular events such as karaoke, summer festival, flamenco show and weekly quiz. Cerros del Aguila is just 3.5 km from the sandy beaches of Fuengirola, Miramar Shopping complex and Cinema and the famous castle with many attractions throughout the year. Only 900 meters away is the golf resort Cerrado del Aguila with its the new 9-hole golf course, fitness center, tennis and paddle courts. A little further is the race course and the Sunday bric-a-bric market, and go-kart racing.
