Modern villa with vineyards

Just outside the charming wine-village of Costigliole d’Asti, well know also for its Culinary Institute for Foreigners, and home of the best Barbera d’Asti – we find this spacious villa with many possibilities.

The property comes with surrounding land of 3,3 hectares, of which the major part is vineyards, app. 2 ha are Barbera d’Asti DOCG, then there are also Moscato, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are taken care of by the owners themselves, who also produces really excellent wines. If the new owner would be interested they could be interested in keep working the vineyards and also make wines with the new owners label.

There are also a large part of land dedicated to a vegetable garden and several fruit trees.

The house has been divided in two units, one downstairs and one upstairs, but they are fully connected and could be used as one large house or further divided.

Downstairs we find a spacious kitchen and dining area, another room to the back, a living room and a bathroom, upstair we have 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very spacious living room with balconies in front and a kitchen.

On the ground floor we also find the old stables, the garage, storage for the agricultural equipement and there is also the access to the cantina still complete with winemaking equipement.
