House

Ground floor

The front door opens into an entrance hall (9 sq m) with tiled floor. To the right a door opens into the living room (29 sq m). This room has been completely lined - walls, ceiling and floor - with wood and there is a brick fireplace to one side (useful for burning the wood panelling?) To the left of the entrance hall a door opens into the kitchen (29 sq m) with tiled floor. To the rear of the entrance hall a wooden staircase rises to the first floor landing.

First floor

The stairs lead to a large landing off which are three bedrooms (17 sq m, 11 sq m and 11 sq m) as well as a dressing room (8 sq m), a WC and a bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin) .

Attached room

To the side of the house (and originally accessible from the living room) is a room (16 sq m) with a stone charentaise fireplace. This room would need renovating in order to add it to the habitable space. It also currently houses the mains gas central heating boiler.

Outbuildings

Forming part of the courtyard is a series of outbuildings (a couple of barns with a large arched entrance providing a second access to the village, and a small "cottage"). There is also another outbuilding that serves as a garage/workshop.

To the front of the house is a courtyard with a barbeque area. Beyond this is the garden - mainly grass with a number of trees.

This house is in a pretty village near to both Cognac and Jarnac and the facilities that these towns offer.
