Opis

Arona is a pretty hillside town situated about 10 minutes drive from the coast and about 30 minutes drive to the volcano Mount Teide. It is a busy town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and is one of the local administrative centres for the south of Tenerife.

Located on the western outskirts of the town in the popular walking area we can offer this lovely old Canarian house (80 years old), which has been totally renovated to a very high standard. Standing on a 1.018 m2 plot the accommodation consists of a very modern fully fitted kitchen, adjacent dining area, large lounge with beamed ceiling and wood burning stove, 3 double bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms), a wetroom and entrance hall. The house is surrounded by very pretty gardens, a lovely courtyard and a small swimming pool. At the side of the house is an old cave, which lends itself for use as a bodega or wine cellar.
