This is a large town house that was originally 2 houses. situated in the lovely village of Castillo de Locubin in the historical centre with views of the castle from the top floor. It had a completely new roof in Jan 2011.

Up to the 3rd Floor which leads to what could be a fantastic terrace with amazing views.
From the kitchen downstairs there is an outside door, leading to an outside patio area where there are 2 very dry storage cupboards. There are steps which lead to what was another house, where there is a garage, further storage space, a large terrace and the upstairs of this part is still untouched. Electrics were done in 2005, however due to the recent work done the top floor needs renewing, as also the garage side.
Location is good too as you can walk to the village centre in a few minutes. This could be made into a B and B in this popular town.
