Village house with outbuildings
This 3-bedroom village house requires some updating but could make a comfortable home.
Set on the edge of a small hamlet, this house comes with substantial outbuildings.
House
The front door opens to a large kitchen / dining room (5.9m x 5.1m = 30 sq m) with exposed beam ceiling. To the left of this room a door opens to the sitting room (5.9m x 2.7m = 16 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and a pretty fireplace.
To the right of the kitchen a corridor provides access to the three bedrooms (4.4m x 3m = 13 sq m, 4.4m x 3m = 13 sq m and 4.4m x 2.9m = 13 sq m). Also off the corridor are a bathroom (bath, wash-basin and bidet), a separate WC and a laundry room.
To the rear of the kitchen a door opens to an attached barn with garage doors and plenty of space to park a car.
Above the house (and currently accessed from the attached barn) is an attic with limited head-height.
Exterior
To the front of the house is a garden, next to which is a very large open-sided metal barn (about 170 sq m). It may be possible to remove this in order to enlarge the garden.
Just over the lane is another barn - this time in stone.
