Situated in a village with a shop and bar, this village house is desperate for a bit of TLC (then, after that, you can play with the attic!). Into the house we have a super entry hall, and, to the left a basic kitchen of 14m2 with fireplace. To the rear we have two bedrooms of 12m2 and 10m2 and a reasonable (but very pink) bathroom. A sitting room has two big windows a fireplace and a big cupboard in the wall. To the rear of the house there is a laundry room and a third bedroom which has views over the garden and down into the valley.

Up the stairs (more closely described as a ladder), there is a splendid attic with great height and superb beams of around 50m2. Downstairs we have a workshop and a cellar with access to that rather lovely walled garden with gorgeous views out over the valley. Worth doing the work!
