We are delighted to be offering for sale this home in El Tosalet, Javea especially as we helped the current owners purchase it in 2014, and it has since been lovingly reformed to a very high standard.

Entering the property, you are greeted by the light which enters through the windows on the south-east facing side of the home, and contrasts with the beautiful dark wooden floors, of the spacious lounge and dining area which lead to the fitted kitchen with island. The lounge features a chimney and access to the terrace, pool and gardens.

There are two bedrooms on this level plus a guest wc. Stairs lead up to the sleeping quarters where we have three good size bedrooms, one with a large ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, and a second shower room, plus a further small room for storage. The master bedroom also has an access to the sunny rooftop terrace.

We also have an interior staircase which leads down to the basement, some of which has been partially reformed with another bedroom and shower / laundry room, but here there is still so much potential as there is still another 100 sq. Meters of space (on the deeds) to be reformed, with space for a two bedroom apartment, a gym, a mini-cinema and entertainment room, in short, whatever tickles your fancy.

The plot measures 1000 sq. Meters, the garden does need some landscaping but is relatively flat and therefore usable, and the location is second to none, with good access and close to amenities.
