Opis

Situated all by itself, surround by its own land with paddocks, stables and horse exercise area, this is a horse owner's dream property! About 5 minutes from Le Blanc by car, on the edge of the Brenne National Park, you could not get a better location.

The house has a simply huge living room with gorgeous terracotta tiles and massive exposed beams - this is fantastic. Up a couple of steps we have a large office area, then a superb fitted kitchen. A wing of the house holds 3 big bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Out to the rear is a big terrace and a massive 'L' shaped swimming pool.

The garage block holds a bread oven and, more importantly a gite with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a sitting room with kitchen area. The barns are designed for horses with the trainer to the rear and 6 boxes as well as an all-weather jump course. This is magnificent!
