2 Bedrooms - Apartment - LISBON - For..

Small and newly-built (reconstructed) 4-unit building, located in the Lapa district, with apartments ranging from one to two bedroom units. The Lapa area being the more sophisticated historical centre of Lisbon. The location of the apartment could not be better and the luxury finishing's at this apartment will give you the 'edge' over all potential competition, i.e. it is definitely more desirable from a rental and subsequently, resale point of view also. The 20th century building was completely reconstructed (just the facades were kept) with a new concrete structure and is perfectly located for both long and short-term rentals. The apartments come with fully equipped kitchens and air-conditioning and are ready for occupancy immediately. The quality of build and finishing's are outstanding. Below is the list of available apartments. These apartments are serviced by many bus routes and there are at least 3 different bus stops by the apartment. It is also service by trams which will take you (just one stop) to the nearest Metro station, which is Cais de Sodre (10 minute walking distance). You can also use the Santos train station to get to the Metro station (also one stop). There are at least three Embassies, Government Institute (Navy) and the National Arts Museum are located opposite this apartment: all of which are some of the sources for long and short-term rentals. As I pointed out numerous gourmet restaurants exist in this area and it is quickly becoming the designer neighbourhood of Lisbon. The majority of the Embassies are based here, as is the Portuguese Parliament I have attached the floor plans for the available apartments and a few photographs of the ground floor apartment with the private entrance and garden, to refresh your memory. You will notice on the attached plans that the 2-bedroom floorplan shows a second bathroom, which is possible to install (all the plumbing was placed in the removable wall during the construction phase)
