3 months = THB 85,000 per month (low season), THB 100,000 (high season)

6 months = THB 75,000 per month

12 months = THB 65,000 per month (Pay Upfront)

Included in the rental price are bed linen, towels, maid service twice weekly, laundry (bed linen only), gardener and pool cleaner every two weeks, internet and water.
