We are a couple with a two year old child and are looking to rent one of our spare bedrooms. The property is very bright, clean and tidy. It is ideal for a student needing a place near the city. Great transport into the city: the bus #40 and #13 takes 15 to 20 mins, Luas/Tram is a 12 minute walk to the Blackhorse stop. Great local shops, restaurants and other attractions in a safe, friendly community. Close to kilmainham Gaol, Museum of modern art and Memorial gardens.
