3 Bed Duplex Apartment with Sea Views..

3 Bedroom Duplex Apartment for Sale on Panorama, San Eugenio Bajo - 450,000€

A rare opportunity to purchase a large 3 bedroom property set over two levels in the front-line Panorama complex, centrally located in San Eugenio Bajo. Panorama is situated right next to the Puerto Colon and the beach amongst popular hotels, bars and restaurants. Panorama is set over four floors and there are approximately 170 properties on this touristic complex.

You enter this apartment on the upper level where you have a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. From the lounge there is access to the balcony which has excellent sea views. Downstairs there are two more large double bedrooms and a bathroom. The front bedroom has a private outdoor terrace. The property is close to the rear of the complex meaning minimal noise and disturbance from the pool area.

The facilities on site are excellent with a restaurant, pool bar, games room and a meeting room which is perfect should you like a little peace and quiet reading a book away from the sun.

The swimming pool is a great sun trap with a good amount of sunbeds available. The pool itself is heated from November through to March so you can use the pool throughout the cooler Winter months.

The community fees on Panorama are inclusive of both water and electricity - so one less thing to have to worry about.

Priced at 450,000€, this is a large property - quite a rarity in such a central area which is one of the things that makes it so special. It has been well looked after by the current owners who have never rented it to holidaymakers. This, combined with the excellent sea views makes this a unique opportunity.

The property is being sold as seen, so everything is included in the price.
