As you enter into the front door of this lovely house you will see a large comfortable lounge with a Recuperador fireplace. From the lounge opens double sliding doors onto a veranda which looks on to the front lawn.

Leading from the front lounge you have the Master bedroom with double wardrobes which have plenty of room for your clothes. The en-suite bathroom is comfortable with pained glass. The sun shining through the whole of the house makes it bright and warm feeling.

Under the staircase is storage space that can be used as an extra pantry or storage.

Leading from the lounge we have a kitchen which looks on to the back patio. Kitchen is equipped with Portuguese style wooden kitchen units and marble work tops.

The beautiful wooden stair case leads up to the first floor on to a bright large sunny lounge, which has double sliding doors and opens on to a balcony with a lovely view. This lounge attracts a lot of beautiful sun and gives it a warm feeling.

There are two lovely good sized bedrooms large windows and double wooden wardrobes.

From the downstairs lounge we enter into a lovely kitchen with wooden units and marble top. The kitchen sink has a double window which overlooks on to the back large sunny patio.

This house is situated in an Open Urbanization in Gaeiras, which belongs to the Council of Obidos, It is 8 minutes by car to Caldas Da Rainha and 8 minutes to Obidos.

In the centre of Gaeiras there are a couple of mini supermarkets, Coffee shops and bars, and a restaurant, bank, post office. In Caldas Da Rainha is renowned nationally for its locally-produced cakes and pastries. The daily flower and fruit and vegetable open air market is a must to see which is open seven days a week. This is a fascinating and colourful insight into a way of the Portuguese life. Much of the produce is grown locally and could not be fresher, being sold as it is by the same people who have planted and tended it. Caldas is a good base for shopping and for the daily necessities such as bank, chemist. There is also a lovey park which has a boating lake and children's playground area and beautiful tennis courts.

You are surrounded by the most beautiful Golf courses and surrounding beaches which are only a short drive seeing lovely scenery. Lisbon is an hour's drive and not to be missed. It's a beautiful city with a richly deserved reputation for the warmth of its welcome. The main access roads are A8 A15 and N8.
