Opis

Lovelycountryhouse on the edge of a small village in the Gers with 2 beautiful gites. This verynice house with its traditional colombage is so lovely to see. It is not toobig (so not much work to clean!) but it has 2 well running gites and one roomfor B&B. Figures of about € 15.000 or more are certainly interesting. The house is not too far from Eauze where you can find all you need for acomfortable life here in the Gers.It is onthe edge of a  small village and has nofirst floor. Neighbours of course, but not too close so lots of privacy at thebeautiful pool.Immediately  when you open the front door you feel athome. It feels like living in a fairy tale. You will find a nice kitchen, laundry, living, dining and office. And of course 2 bedrooms (or 3 when you usethe B&B room). 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The gitesare separate from the house and give guests and yourself enough privacy. Thegarden of more than 1ha is nice for dogwalks.  Just makean appointment for a visit and be tempted to sit down at the pool for a cup oftea listening to the birds and view the flowering garden with its huge Wisteriain front of the house.
