A Cappella is a well maintained Catalina 320 with Good sail inventory. Turnkey ready to cruise to Catalina, or race in the local PHRF fleet. This boat is clean and needs to be seen. Owners of the Catalina 320 models comment “This boat is really fast, and is surprisingly spacious.”
The 320 is pleasing to the eye, partially a reflection of a finer bow entry.
One of the objectives of chief designer Gerry Douglas and Daniel Casal was to improve performance over earlier Catalina models, so modifications were made to the sail plan, keel and rudder. The mast on the 320 has been moved forward, resulting in an increase in the size of the main and reduction in jib size.
Down below is a spacious cabin with a Double V-Berth Forward and a Double Aft Quarter Berth. There is U shaped Dinette that converts to a double berth. A head with Shower and large settee on the port side salon complete the layout.
A Cappella had all the standing rigging replaced in 2017. She has been upgraded with a folding prop, an Edson Pedestal with 44\" Stainless Steel wheel, and a B&G Zeus2 GPS Chartplotter.
All standing rigging was replaced in 2017
