4 Bed apartment with large private..

This excellent 4 bedroom ground floor apartment is ideally located in a quiet area, close to the beautiful beaches of Salgados and Gale.

Also, if you are a skilled golfer, you will love the 18-hole Salgados Golf Course, set on the flat lands behind the sandy beach of Gale.

Guia is also nearby - this is where celebrities like Sir Cliff Richard own villas. It is a quaint piece of traditional Portugal, with authentic tavernas running along the main road and into the old town.

Here you are in the peaceful countryside and yet you can find everything you need in the biggest shopping center of the Algarve - the AlgarveShopping - just a stones throw away. And if you are looking for nightlife, Albufeira is only 5 km away.

The apartment was built in 2012 and is set in a private condominium with 3 swimming pools: two adult and one for children.

It is in very good condition and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), a lounge area with direct access to a large south facing terrace with BBQ overlooking the garden and pool area. It also has a fully fitted kitchen with access to a second terrace in front.
