Whilst relaxing on the deck, perhaps with a drink and a barbeque, you can enjoy the fabulous views of the surfing at Inner Pool, a point break and Outer Pool, a reef break, as well as watching the dolphins and whales. These two surfing meccas offer excellent and consistent enjoyable surfing all year round.

Other activities include snorkelling, scuba diving and swimming in the three tidal pools. Alternatively, you can visit Santos Beach, just five minutes from the property, to swim in the small waves. For boating, there is a yacht club next to Santos Beach.

The area is also a golfer’s paradise, there being ten courses within 50 km, including the world famous Fancourt Golf Course, where The President’s Cup was played and just 25 minutes’ drive away and the Pinnacle Point Golf Course with its casino, only 10 minutes from the property and Ernie Els's Oubaai Course, 48 km away.

Other activities to be enjoyed by the new owners will include day trip visits to Game Farms in Mossel Bay area, to the Cango Caves and Ostrich farms in Oudtshoorn or to the Tsitsikama Forest, with the world’s highest commercial bungee jump; and visit Diaz Museum in Mossel Bay where the ‘Karveel’ can be viewed. Diaz discovered Mossel Bay 1488 with this ship. There are also hiking trails, numerous rivers and estuaries to be explored and within easy reach.

To the front of the property, you will have all the delights of a tropical island to enjoy, while behind, there is the comfort of a town with a modern private hospital, shopping malls and cinemas, numerous GP and specialist doctors, an animal hospital, a wide variety of bars, restaurants and clubs, hotels, car hire and taxis and all the amenities to be expected. George Airport has daily flights to Cape Town and Johannesburg.

Last, but by no means least, there is the wonderful climate! According to the Guinness Book of Records, Mossel Bay has the second mildest climate in the world, offering hot summers and mild winters.
