3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with sea views for sale in Adeje Paradise 265,000€
EXCLUSIVE to TenerifeEstateAgents.net
An excellent property with a huge terrace and sea views. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ground floor apartment in Adeje Paradise available now.

A spacious apartment set over two levels with the third bedroom and second bathroom downstairs. On the ground floor is the lounge area with kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen has all amenities installed and is finished to a high standard. Off the kitchen and lounge there are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling and features a shower and whirlpool bath.

From the lounge, stone stairs take you down a level to the third bedroom. As you reach the bottom of the steps to the left you have the bedroom and to the right a large bathroom. The stairway is a feature in itself with a two story slate tiled wall, stone stairs and metal handrails - the apartments on this complex were all finished to a high standard.

The outstanding feature of the property is obviously the massive terrace area (45m2), it really is enormous and is perfect for sun worshippers with more than enough room for lots of sun loungers, a hot tub or BBQ area. Two large awnings have also been installed to provide some shade when required. The property is sold furnished and also has an underground parking space.

The complex of Adeje Paradise is easily one of the most stunning in the South of Tenerife so far as its style and looks. The large heated pool on one level and huge second pool on the lower level with plunge pool active poolside bar (very popular with the residents and holidaymakers) make for some excellent photographs! The complex is gated and secure with CCTV and on site security. Nearby you have the town of Playa Paraiso with its 2 new five star hotels and beach. Interestingly, Hard Rock Hotels have just announced plans for a takeover of one of the older hotels in Playa Paraiso and are transforming two of the towers into a 637 room, 236 suite hotel after having huge success with a similar project in Ibiza. The new venture is scheduled to open in 2016. This is another huge boost for Playa Paraiso and its local economy and this will be the fourth large hotel in the area (the 5 star Bahia Principe sits just across the barranco from Adeje Paradise.)

So, we have have a good quality apartment, with a huge terrace and sea views on a stunning complex in an area which is seeing massive investment.
