The chalet itself was built to a very high standard by a well-respected local builder. It is situated on a landscaped plot, with a well-maintained garden with mature hedging and a beautiful large deck including a covered seating area. There is enough room on the plot for parking as well.

Overall this is an excellent chalet, beautifully presented and maintained offering spacious and light accommodation, with great access to the ski areas and in a quiet and tranquil location.

The current owners have only every used Chalet Evelyn as their private holiday home as such it has never been let out.

* First Floor
On the first floor there are three generously sized double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room. There is a good sized "Jack & Jill" bathroom which can be accessed from both of the other two double bedrooms. On the first floor landing there is an open mezzanine area that can be used either as a television and games room or perhaps as office space.

* Ground Floor
Entering the chalet there is an entrance hall with a useful, good sized boot room to the left. The hall then opens on to a beautiful spacious, open living area with a fireplace, dining area and well fitted modern kitchen area. Large sliding glass doors open out onto the deck and the garden.

* Lower Ground Floor
Downstairs, in the basement, there are two further large bedrooms. One is currently used as a bedroom with a double and bunk beds, and the other is used as a television room and could be used in the same way, or as a bedroom, gym or home cinema. There is a sauna with shower room on this floor, a separate WC and a further shower room. There is also a large laundry room offering plenty of storage.
