We are pleased to offer this substantial stone town house for renovation in the heart of the old hill town of Buje.

The property was last lived in around ten years ago. The roof seems sound but the property will require modernising and renovating.
Because of its location, amongst the fascinating narrow streets of the old town, it has not been possible to stand back far enough to photograph the entire building in the normal way, so we have only limited photographs available.

Buje is the main hill town of Northern Istria and is an administrative centre wih a comprehensive range of facilities. Nearby are some of Croatia' finest wine makers. Buje is also notable for Istria's first micro brewery, now located at a great pub just outside the town. Istria's first proper golf course is only 20min away by car, as are numerous excellent restaurants.

Buje is easy to get to, being only a few minutes from the main crossing on the Slovenian border and an hour from Trieste and Pula, both served by low cost airlines.
