This is a beautifully crafted 2 storey bali style pool villa between Sukhumvit Road and the beach, near the center of Jomtien. On two floors, you get a wonderful tropical and spacious home. All the flooring is of handmade terracotta tiles with teak framing.

The ground floor consists of a large open space room, enough for a generous living-area with views to pool and garden, a dining space plus a corner for a library plus an office.

There is a neat western kitchen with granite top, cabinets, exhaust hood, a stove and more.

Upstairs, you find two charming bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and - very rare - a real attic with a folding wooden staircase and plenty of storage space.

The air cons - four of them expensive built-in models -, mosquito screens but above all the 14 ceiling fans and the cooling trees around the house provide a pleasantly cool living climate. There is a central boiler for real hot water supply.

The outside provides lush greenery, a wooden deck with plenty of space for al-fresco dining and the deckchairs plus your wonderfully tiled tropical pool with shower and a waterfall feature.

There is a modern washing-machine and tumbler. The underground water tanks are supplied by city water and the well of the gated community. There are rain gutters all around the roof.

Besides the round-the-clock security guards, there is a built-in alarm system in the house.

You get some quality built-in wooden wardrobes, shelves and cabinets. Just bring your loose furniture along. Nice curtains and blinds are there too.
