Situation

Harbledown is a pretty rural village close to Canterbury with pub and church. The nearby village of Blean has good local facilities for day to day shopping. The historic city of Canterbury is 2 miles away offering an excellent range of shopping, educational and transport facilities including the fast train link to London (57 minutes) from Canterbury West station. There is a really good range of schools at both primary and secondary level in the state and private sector. Access to the motorway is via A2(M) at Canterbury.

Tenancy Period

Available on a shorthold tenancy for a period of six months from mid September 2015

Deposit

A deposit of £1350 will be payable. This is held within the Tenants Deposit Scheme and is refundable without interest at the end of the tenancy provided there is no loss or damage.

Fee

A fee of £210.00 incl. vat for the administration involved which also includes the tenants' share of the costs of the references and tenancy agreement. For each additional set of references there is a charge of £60.00 incl. vat per person. In the case of a Company Tenancy the references are charged separately at £300.00 incl. vat.
