It is close to the ski slopes and, snow permitting, it is possible, with only a short walk, to ski to and from the chalet. Close to the school and lake, it is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the village and 5 minutes to several good restaurants. As the chalet is on the way up to the school, the road is one of the first to be cleared every morning.

A free ski bus will take you to the main lifts in Les Gets and also to Les Folliets for immediate access to Morzine and thereon to Avoriaz.

For the summer months the lake and Adventure Park are just a couple of minutes walk away with walking and mountain biking always close by.

* Ground Floor
Much of the ground floor is given over to a large ski room with ski racks and ski boot dryers. There is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on this floor as well as a laundry room.

* First Floor
This is the main floor with a well lit living room that has a wood burning stove. There are four sets of opening doors round this room onto a huge wraparound balcony to take advantage of the stunning views. There is a separate dining room and a fitted and equipped kitchen. Also a small bunk bedroom. This floor has the benefit of under-floor electric heating and the whole chalet also has convector heaters.

* Second Floor
3 double bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom, and a second bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have doors to a balcony giving a wonderful view of Mont Chery. All the bathrooms have heated towel rails.
