Opis:

We are currently hiring for 1st shift modular home builders in Detroit Lakes, MN. Modular homes are manufactured in a factory setting.

Primary role will be performing general construction in any number of departments including but not limited to walls, flooring, siding, roofing, plumbing, installation of interior components such as cabinetry, etc.

Requirements:
· Frequent bending/stooping/reaching
· Heavy lifting required
· Frequent use of pneumatic tools -- air nailers, staplers, etc
· Ability to read blueprints and schematics
· Must be able to take accurate measurements
· Must provide own 16oz hammer, 25-30' tape measure and tool belt
· Previous construction, carpentry or plumbing experience preferred.

These positions are full-time temporary with the possibility of turning into a permanent position.
