Opis:

Our client is looking to recruit a European Head of Business Development to develop and lead a high performing and effective European business development team that supports the achievement of the group’s strategy and business plan by leading on the development and implementation of a wide range of effective business development initiatives. This role will require flexibility and pro-activity in order to take the lead on initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and multiple time zones.

Competencies

Energy and drive to deliver change and influence behaviours at all levels of the organisation to achieve BD objectives

Extensive experience (10 years +) of business development, marketing communications, including experience in a professional services firm

Understanding of legal services industry, ideally with experience from an offshore environment

Excellent written communication skills including being able draft written communications on behalf of the Legal Executive Board

Excellent verbal communications skills including being able to deliver effective presentations to employees and the media

Able to develop effective relationships with partners and senior management

Excellent budgetary management and reporting

Relevant degree (2:1 or equivalent)
