Framework, good taste, simplicity and excellence of the site, services and benefits make it a unique place.

« Le Domaine Californie » extends over a century-old park of 8.000 m2 hectare in the heart of the residential area known as « La Californie ».
The residence is intimate, blending a subtle mix of historical and contemporary features. It proposes 16 appartments throughout the site. Each offers a very specifically studied volume and location in order to best integrate the natural and landscaped park.
The new construction portion of the project is nested in the lush thickness of the park. Two small buildings of only 10 apartments in total offer sun bathed terraces and private pools on the top floors, which also offer panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes.
The historic portion, in the heart of the site, revives the historic 1930s Villa Araucaria, turning it into 5 apartments that will combine again the old soul of the domain with the obvious modernistic traits given by its original architect
Emile Molinie, Charles Nicod and Georges de Montaudnes: curves prolonged by vast terraces, contemporary comfort elegantly nestled into historic forms:.
Finally, a new independant villa will be added near the entrance of the site, plunged into a lushly landscaped area.
In addition to the private pools associated to several apartments, a large lagoon-style pool will take place in the park for the enjoyment of all the Domain's residents.
