JOB TITLE
Field Engineer (Field and Service Operations)

Do you want to work with one of the world’s largest building technologies provider? Specializing in Lifts, Escalators systems and services.

They are currently inviting experienced candidates for the role of Field Engineer to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for providing engineering supports, handling field matter / activities and managing projects
• Manage field staff to support the field operations
• Handle correspondence to external customers regarding inquiries, complaints, job progress, maintenance service code compliance and other field service related matters
• Advise and provide back-up support / guidance to supervisors and field staff on engineering problems
• Plan and coordinate relevant site activities
• Assess the performance of the area through reviewing callback sheets, work progress & attend meeting

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree holder or above in Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' working experience with people management and project management skill.
• Background in the lift industry experience will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
• Fluent in spoken & written Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager/ Senior Engineer while less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
