Typical square house. Pretty solid, stable building. You enter in the hall which is large enough for the living room and then you even have three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. All in a state which is useable, but should be modernized to Western standards.

There is electricity and water available. For the drainage there is a septic tank. Plot is pretty big, and the plot is a garage, big summer kitchen (great to turn this in a guestroom) and there is also a cellar.

Kustas is a pretty nice village of 1,500 inhabitants. Lovely quiet location with lots of forest in the area. The larger town is Nagyatad on a 12 km. A real city with 12,000 inhabitants where you can find all the conveniences that a big city has to offer. Not only shopping area (Tesco, Lidle etc.), but also restaurants, cafes, bars etc. To enjoy your holidays you can also go to the pool with thermal bath and beach. Very relaxing in the summer days. Obviously in Nagyatad you will also find all medical facilities. On the other site, there is Kaposvar. Also a great town to stay in, do your shopping and then back to your nice garden again. Kutas has a train connection to Kaposvar and Budapest.

Property in a good condition, but you'll want to modernize.
