The house needs work to really have some fun out of it, but is in reasonably good condition to achieve that. Here you will find a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom. Behind the house is a barn.

Plot is pretty wide.

Amenities like electricity and water available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system and for heating, there is a beautiful tiled stove.

Kustas is a pretty nice village of 1,500 inhabitants. Lovely quiet location with lots of forest in the area. The larger town is Nagyatad on a 12 km. A real city with 12,000 inhabitants where you can find all the conveniences that a big city has to offer. Not only shopping area (Tesco, Lidle etc.), but also restaurants, cafes, bars etc. To enjoy your holidays you can also go to the pool with thermal bath and beach. Very relaxing in the summer days. Obviously in Nagyatad you will also find all medical facilities.
