Opis:

The house is pretty neat, and you can live here soon. Living room, two bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom. The last looks very nice, but you will need to place kitchen furniture. At the house a nice veranda.

Plot is a bit narrow on the side where the house is, but there is more room on the other side. Here also the former stables which may well serve as a shed and/or garage. On the plot even a well.

All amenities as electricity, water and gas are there. For drainage there is a connection to the septic tank and the heating is controlled by means of the fireplace and stoves.

Szenta is with around 500 inhabitants not a big place. Well wonderfully quiet and plenty of opportunities to do the daily shopping. The village is in a beautiful green area and on the other side of the village is a big (fishing) lake. The larger town nearby is Nagyatad. A real city with 12,000 inhabitants where you can find all the conveniences that a big city has to offer. Not only shopping area (Tesco, Lidle etc.), but also restaurants, cafes, bars etc. To enjoy your holidays you can also go to the pool with thermal bath and beach. Very relaxing in the summer days. Obviously in Nagyatad you will also find all medical facilities.

All in all a good (holiday) home for a very attractive price.
