The house is at the end of a 2km white road which is maintained by all the people who use it; there are five houses along the road. It is on the Cortona - Citta di Castello road and it takes approximately 20 minutes from Cortona by car. The land includes a chestnut grove where porcini mushrooms grow every year. The house is very private and is situated amongst chestnut, oak and pine woods with beautiful views out across the surrounding hills and one can see as far away as Gubbio.
