Land Plots Roque del Conde

Roque del Conde Tenerife Land Plots for sale by Bank at Low Prices

There are 16 plots of land for sale at the very highest level in Roque del Conde with bird's eye views down on the Costa Adeje. This is a very up market area, it is acknowledged to be one of the wealthiest residential areas in Tenerife with some wonderful private villas worth millions of Euros.

The bank had hoping to sell all these plots together as an investment opportunity on a best offer basis but today they appeared on the bank website with prices published for each plot, as follows:

Plot 1: 872 m2 = €82,000
Plot 2: 1,051 m2 = €95,000
Plot 3: 1,089 m2 = €99,000
Plot 4: 1,127 m2 = €102,000
Plot 5: 1,127 m2 = €102,000
Plot 6: 1,164 m2 = €106,000
Plot 7: 1,094 m2 = €99,000
Plot 8: 1,165 m2 = €106,000
Plot 9: 1,175 m2 = €107,000
Plot 10: 1,357 m2 = €123,000
Plot 11: 1,439 m2 = €130,000
Plot 12: 1,524 m2 = €138,000
Plot 13: 1,596 m2 = €144,000
Plot 14: 1,554 m2 = €141,000
Plot 15: 1,360 m2 = €123,000
Plot 16: 1,307 m2 = €119,000

Given that to sell all these plots together, at these prices, the total cost would be approaching €2 million Euros which is perhaps an expectation too great.

The logical outcome is that they would now be selling these plots separately at the published prices. If you are interested please let us know, perhaps there would be a better deal if multiple plots were purchased.

Even the smallest plot is large enough for a spacious villa with gardens and a pool, there is a 25% development rate permitted on two levels but most properties on Roque del Conde have a large basement area which can be used, as a garage area, or even further development subject to consent.

Finally how do you know this is a bargain opportunity? We have been marketing other plots of land on Roque del Conde €260 per m2 and these are in the best position for just €95 per m2.
