This house is located on the top of a hill with great views over the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, large kitchen and lounge, great swimming pool and 2750m2 of land.

Ground Floor

The lounge is a great feature of the house with high beamed ceiling finished in pine and combined with the stone wood burning fireplace creates a country cottage feel.

To either side of the lounge are two ensuite bedrooms, both around 20m2. They have fitted wardrobes and views over the valley.

Outside

At front of the house there is a decked terrace (15m long x 3.6m wide) with a stone barbeque close to the kitchen so when you are entertaining, the kitchen can combine with the outside BBQ.

At the entrance to the property, electric gates provide access to the driveway and large parking area and also the garage.

The garden covers an area of 2750 m2 ,some of which is formal garden, pool area and patio and some of which is rustic land. On the land are three small outbuildings, one housing the pool pump and filter, another holding the water cistern, pump and water treatment equipment supplying the house, and a third is used as a tool shed and store room.

On the lower terrace is an 8 x 4 Meter deep swimming pool with ample decking. This offers great views down into the valley and has a lovely set of roman steps.

The villa is situated in a select, very private and peaceful setting affording incredible scenic views.
