Situated on the edge of the Lanvaux forest, about 20 mn North of Vannes, a superb country home set in over 14 acres of gardens. The property comprises of a 18th century manor house, a ruined 12th century abbey and multiple buildings and vestiges from over the centuries and with land down to a small river.The main house was built in 1750 and has been partly renovated over the last decade, including a new roof and timbers as well as a new septic tank set-up. The owners have however kept as much as possible of the original features and character.On the ground floor you have front and back entrances, a large country kitchen, study (presently used as a bedroom) dining room and large lounge. The central corridor is paved with granite and the massive original staircase is still in use.On the first floor the property has been divided into two flats: one has an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a massive bedroom. The second one has a hallway, lounge, small kitchen, shower room and toilet, and once again a massive bedroom. The layout of the flats has been done using the existing walls, so if you wish to bring it back to a more homely feel, then it wouldn't be too much work.The top floor is divided into two halves, the first is the old servant's quarters and comprises of a long corridor and 4 bedrooms. En el exterior, hay varios edificios anexos, en primer lugar se encuentran las ruinas de la abadia con la pared aun en pie del abside de la iglesia del XV. La nave y transepto reconstruida a finales del siglo XVII ya no pueden distinguir las huellas en el suelo. Varias paredes de piedra y espectaculo desigual del limite de los antiguos jardines. Luego esta la casa antigua, construida en una casa de campo y tambien con un nuevo techo. Otra casa de piedra para restaurar el viejo disco estable y dos grandes refugios de animales en los parques

Situe a l'oree de la Foret de Lanvaux, a 20 mns au nord de Vannes, une superbe maison abbatiale sur presque 6 hectares de terre. Construite au XVIIIe siecle sur le site d'une abbaye fonde dans le XIIe siecle. La maison abbatiale etait renovee ces dernieres annees, y compris une toiture neuve et un systeme d'assainissement neuf, mais en garde tout la charme d'antan. Elle vous offre au RdC : Grande cuisine campagnarde, bureau (actuellement utilise comme chambre) hall d'entree donnent sur un grand couloir avec l'escalier massif, salle a manger et un grand sejour. Arriere entree et une grande cave attenante.Au premier etage il a ete amenage deux appartements, une avec entree, WC, cuisine, salle de bain et une grande chambre. La deuxieme avec entree, salon, petit cuisine, salle d'eau, WC et egalement une grande chambre. La disposition des pieces n'a pas change beaucoup, donc il sera assis facile de ramener vers un amenagement plus classique.Dans les combles, vous avez sur une moitie les quatre chambres des bonnes et un grand couloir. L'autre moitie est un grenier dans l'etat brut, mais permettre a voir que la charpente etait refaite a l'identique.À l'exterieur, il y a plusieurs dependances, d'abord il y a les ruines de l'abbaye avec mur encore debout du chevet de l'eglise du XVe. De la nef et du transept reconstruits a la fin du XVIIe siecle on ne distingue plus que les traces sur le sol. Plusieurs murs en pierres et les deniveles demontrent les limites des anciens jardins. Puis il reste l'ancien logis, amenage en gite et egalement avec une toiture neuve. Une autre maison en pierres a renover, l'ancienne ecurie en dur et deux grands abris d'animaux dans les parcs
