This location is spot on, which is why it is commanding a high purchase price. it will also command a higher than average rental price on the holiday let market. One street away are the posh shops of Louis Vuitton et aland from the window you can people watch the scores of tourists at the Haagen Dazs ice-cream parlour directly across the road. There are dozens of restaurants, bistros and bars a stone throw away, and the posh ones at that. Four minutes walk will have you relaxing on a blue chair dazing at the sea on the Promenade des Anglais.

Inside, this property is fine, a little bit of T&C needed, but nothing major. We don't usually like mezzanines but this one has been fairly well put together and actually enhances the apartment at a decent 12 square meters (approximately). There's an entrance hall and a cupboard and generally decent storage space, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a full equipped kitchen. If you are buying with a view to short term holiday lets when you are not using it, this shouldn't be overlooked.
