A minute stroll in the other direction and you will find yourself on the Promenade and Nice beach. Should you wish to travel further afield, the bus and tram stops are a five minute walk away. To reach the train station takes twenty five minutes on foot (or four stops on the tram). Should you wish to bring a car, there is also the Cours Saleya underground car park on the doorstep.

If you are a regular traveller to Nice then you can choose to stay in one of the high class hotels like the Beau Rivage across the road for 200 euros a night, or stay here, with more space and the ability to make your own simple meals or eat out. It will also rent out easily both for the long term market and holiday rentals.
