PROJECT DIRECTOR – HDB & Condominium BUILDING PROJECTS

Have you completed a number of HDB projects in Singapore? As a Project Director would you like to have a positive impact and effect in the smooth running and managing of a crucial project? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Manage Team till end of project
• Planning, programming and monitoring the overall progress of works
• Strong liaison with client’s representatives, relevant authorities and consultants
• Ability to handle technical problems on site and follow standard project management procedures
• Budget control; approvals and claims
• Strong safety culture and Quality System should be implemented at site
• Weekly project reports submission to Client / Consultants
• Monthly project reports submission to HQ
• Supervise Assistant Project Manager and provide supervision to all other site staff
• Strong team player and lead team positively

Pre-requisites:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge; good verbal written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal; leadership skills; personality; highly organized and a people skills person
• Strong time management skills giving extra attention to detailing and ability to manage multiple tasks
• More than 10 – 15 years of experience in project management handling building projects
• Excellent client management & communication skills
• Candidate is to be flexible on working hours.
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
