Someone who isn’t afraid of taking on hard problems, rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty.

Ideally we want a full stack generalist who is looking to design and implement intricate systems that will help build the first pan-African tech driven marketplace.

We want to build from the ground up a truly dynamic representation of commerce across the continent.

We need someone who will be able to understand the vision and turn that vision into a reality using technology. You’ll manage a team of developers who you will also help us recruit.

Your work will be across our entire stack from public facing web apps and mobile; to APIs and third party systems we need to work with. We also want you to help us consider what technologies can help us move faster and create a truly tech driven culture, where as a central repository we might use elements of block chain.

We’d love to find someone who is excited by the chance to build something new as part of a small team at an early stage startup. You’re happy to take the lead of projects end-to-end, from developing photo-types ensuring reliable roll-outs, and is happy both talking strategy and figuring out implementation with designers, business people, and developers.

You’d need to be a great communicator, and even help us scale our product and team.
