The house project "Am Marchenbrunnen" combines urban and diverse life with quiet and green inner courtyard living in the popular Botzowviertel, right in the center of Berlin. 51 high-quality apartments with 50 parking spaces are under construction in the immediate vicinity of the Volkspark Friedrichshain. With its outstanding energy standard, the residential house fulfils the requirements for a KfW 55 energy efficiency. The architecture of the residential house ensures elegance, peace, and balance.
