The lounge diner is large with lots of light provided by two patio doors and 2 windows.

The patio doors lead to a large balcony which covers the whole front of the house and provides excellent views of the lagoon and the distant golf resort of Bom Sucesso.

The lounge is connected to teh kitchen by an open doorway and also by a good sized breakfast bar meaning you can be cooking and sociallising at teh same time.

The kitchen is finished in beech units with granite work surfaces. The kitchen is fitted for microwave and dishwasher and has cooker, gas hob and extractor fan.

Off the lounge are a family bathroom and the third bedroom. This bedroom is a good sized double and there is a fitted wardrobe just outside the door to bedroom. This room has patio doors and a small Juliet Balcony with views to teh pool and also accross the lagoon to the sea and Foz do Arelho.

Going outside from the lounge onto the large balcony, stairs lead down to the front of the house and also up to teh attic studio.

The attic studio takes up around half the footprint of the house, the other being a fantastic balcony offering panoramic views of the lagoon and out to sea. This is truly the best part of the house if you are having a pimms or gin and tonic.

Up on this patio there is also a built in BBQ which is great for entertaining and wathcing the sun set into the Altlantic.

The attic area is currently kept as extra accommodation but would easily convert to a one bedroom studio. There is a kitchen already installed there and existing plumbing would allow for a bathroom to be fitted.

Back at the bottom of the house, the outside area is tiled and there are shady spots to the rear of the property where there is also a storage room and the machinery for the pool.

There is plenty of decking space around the pool for you to soak up the sun whilst the kids tire themselves in the pool.

From the property you can walk to Nadadouro which has several cafe/bars and restaurants which are well known in the area.

Also you can drop down the the marginal road which has an excellent pedestrian walkway going all the way into Foz do Arelho. Walking along this , you will appreciate the atural beauty of the lagoon with the moored fishing boats and locals collecting crabs and shellfish.

At the same time you may see the windsurfers, kite surfers and small sailing vessels. On the outer side of the lagoon, you will be able to watch the surfers battle with the waves.

This property is a great location, situated close to Foz do Arelho and the Obidos Lagoon and only 5 minutes from the motorway and the Thermal City of Caldas da Rainha.

Foz do Arelho is a popular year-round resort with great cafes and lots of facilities.

Caldas da Rainha has everything you expect form a city, history, churches, park, culture, old town, new town, shopping, cinema, ten pin bowling and more including skate park, many supermarkets, swimming pool, rugby club, badminton centre, tennis academy to mention a few.

Close by is the walled town of Obidos and the historic Alcobaca and Batalha, and also close to Fatima, Nazare, Sao Martino do Porto. Lisbon is only an hour away by coach or car.
