The ground floor has a large living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry (with washer and dryer) and a guest washroom. The stylish fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances as well as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, with shower and bathtub.
