2 Bed Apartment Caledonia Park

Caledonia Park Bargain 2 Bed Apartment for sale in Torviscas €92950

Caledonia Park was an apart hotel until it closed around 1 year ago. Now the apartments are getting sold off or rented out on a long term basis. We are pleased to offer for sale a number of these 2 bed apartments for just €92,950.

The apartments all have a reasonable sized terrace some with sea views, an open plan living area with American style kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with bath and bidet. Caledonia Park was a 3 Star Hotel so the quality is not bad. The apartments come with some furnishing too.

Each apartment has been fully redecorated prior to sale or rent.

Caledonia Park is undergoing a transition into private occupation, the public areas of the hotel are closed and the swimming pool has been drained. There is a management company on site. It is intended that the pool is reopened and some of the hotel area may be re opened in the future for residents to use. At the moment the community fees are around €80 per month but they will rise to a normal level as the facilities are reinstated. The community fees include electricity, water and basura so they are quite low at the moment. Water meters are being fitted to separate out the cost of water and we are told the same may happen with the electricity.

Caledonia Park no longer has a touristic licence but these apartments could be let out for €550 per month, or you could buy one and turn it into a nice residential apartment. Caledonia Park is just above the motorway with easy access down into Torviscas and San Eugenio Alto. The beach at Puerto Colon is less than a kilometre away and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
