La Torre has great motorway links and a train station located in the local town of Balsicas with a direct link to the historical and beautiful cities Madrid, Murcia and Cartagena.

The Murcian culture is both diverse and interesting. With all surrounding towns to La Torre Golf Resort still enjoying regular traditional fiestas and events. Practically every activity/sport you can think of is enjoyed here by many year round. With plenty of Golf, cycling routes (both road and mountain) historical walks/hiking, horse riding all within 10 minutes of the resort: even Skiing is possible in the winter, just a 2.5 hr drive away!!
