This two bedroom apartment in Sao Martinho do Porto is set high on the hill with views over Sao Martinho and the sea. It is in a private condominium and has access to 3 pools , squash court, crazy golf, tennis court, recreation room and gym.

The property is positioned in the headland beyond the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto offering great views out to sea and views back over the bay and the town.

The property is walking distance from the town but does have some hills to contend with on your return to the apartment.

Sao Martinho do Porto is a popular holdiday destination in the Summer but also has an excellent range of services, cafes and restaurants so even in the out of season months, there are plenty of things to do.

Sao Martinho is close to Alcobaca and Caldas da Rainha and the coast road takes you easily into Nazare or Foz do Arelho.

Lisbon is around 1 hour away and the fabulous Silver Coast Golf courses are around 25 minutes drive.

This apartment is well kept and has been used as a family holiday home and also a rental investment for several years.
