We are pleased to offer this attractive one/two bedroom apartment located on the Club Patara Resort and within easy walking distance of the hotel facilities and sea front. The apartment is accessed from a short flight of stone steps down to the front door and the small garden terrace.

This unusual apartment layout features a long and bright open plan living room with windows looking out to the hotel and Agora. There is one separate bedroom and one open plan bedroom located off the living area in what can be best described as a 'cave'. The open plan bedroom is divided from the living room with curtains but it is possible to make a permanent division if required.

The apartment was refurnished by the current owners in 2007 with the separate bedroom utilised as a dressing room and fitted out with wardrobes, dressing table and Ottoman style single bed/daybed. The apartment is therefore ideally suited to couples but can accommodate 3 people. In 2010 the kitchen was refitted to include a washing machine, dishwasher, hob and fridge/freezer.

Outside the property is a garden area with private sun terrace offering sea views. The apartment is currently used for holiday lets achieving rentals of £430-£480/week. All viewing's must be by prior appointment.
