Resale Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Top Floor Apartment With Shared Pool & Shared Roof Terrace. Small Established Development of Just 5 Apartments With Convenient Location For Town & Nearby Amenities. Furnished & Air Conditioned

A403: Kalkan apartment conveniently located just of the Kalamar Road

We are pleased to offer top floor two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a convenient central location just off the Kalamar Road. Constructed in 2002 the building comprises just 5 apartments with a shared pool. Unusually the 5 apartments also have access to a shared roof terrace and all the apartments are owner occupied rather than holiday lets.

The apartment has a light and airy open plan living area with sliding doors onto two good sized private balconies. A small hallway leads from the lounge to the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the rear is a twin bedroom with private balcony and adjacent shower bathroom. To the front is the en suite double bedroom with access to the corner balcony and again with a shower bathroom. Both shower bathrooms have large walk in showers.

The location is particularly easy for walking into town and is within a stone's throw of everyday amenities. The apartment is in excellent condition and is offered for sale fully furnished and air conditioned. It is an ideal first holiday home and unusually at this price comes with two bathrooms.
